All vehicle rentals in Northampton are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or vehicle pickup. This document outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance provisions, charges, and your responsibilities associated with the rental. In the event of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Rental Vehicle Requirements

- Reservations can be completed via our website, by telephone, or directly at our Northampton office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. The total payment and security deposit are usually required at the time of vehicle pickup. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT as applicable. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

You are liable for any damage or loss up to the insurance excess, unless additional coverage applies. Damage resulting from negligence or misuse remains your responsibility, regardless of insurance status.
6. Modifications and Cancellations
Cancellation and amendment policies differ depending on your booking type and the notice period provided. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or failure to show up may incur additional charges.
Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or other dangerous driving practices. Transporting hazardous materials is strictly prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose and within the specified passenger and weight limits. Additionally, driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations in Northampton

Our total liability for any claims is limited to the total rental amount paid in the previous 12 months.
